నేర్చుకోవడం ఆగదు

ఒక senior engineer interview లో అన్నాడు: "నేను 10 సంవత్సరాల experience ఉన్న engineer ని."

నా thought: ఆ 10 సంవత్సరాలు నిజంగా 10 different years of learning? లేదా ఒక సంవత్సరం experience ని 10 సార్లు repeat చేశారా?

ఇది harsh గా అనిపిస్తుంది. కానీ honest question.

Engineers Who Stop Learning#

Technology stack evolves — fast. 5 సంవత్సరాల ముందు "best practice" ఇప్పుడు anti-pattern అయి ఉండవచ్చు. AI తో ఇప్పుడు software development fundamentally changing.

Stop learning engineers become — comfortable, but stagnant. Technical debt లా. Valuable in old context, burden in new context.

నేను ఇది become అవ్వడానికి fear గా అనిపిస్తుంది. అందుకే:

• Daily — కొంత technical reading
• Weekly — కొత్త tool లేదా concept explore
• Monthly — side project లేదా experiment
• Continuously — reflect, adjust, learn

కానీ Work కాదు మాత్రమే#

Photography నేర్చుకున్నాను — engineer గా కాదు. Passion గా. Sony camera తీసుకున్నాను, mistakes చేశాను, improved అయ్యాను. ఇప్పుడు wildlife, street, family photography — completely different brain.

తెలుగు రాయడం నేర్చుకుంటున్నాను — professionally కాదు. Personally. Grammar mistakes చేస్తున్నాను, improve అవుతున్నాను.

Learning కేవలం career skill కాదు. ఇది aliveness కి sign.

Children లో చూసేది#

Arjun ప్రతిదీ new గా experience చేస్తాడు. ఒక ant చూసినప్పుడు, ఆగిపోతాడు, observe చేస్తాడు, touch చేయడానికి try చేస్తాడు. అది pure learning — judgment లేకుండా, fear లేకుండా.

We adults lose that. Jobs, responsibilities, expectations — అన్నీ that innocent curiosity ని dull చేస్తాయి.

Beginner's mind — Zen concept. ఎప్పుడూ beginner గా approach చేయడం. ఇది practice.

నా Practice#

Everyday ఏదో ఒకటి — camera తీసుకుని park లో నడవడం, కొత్త Telugu words నేర్చుకోవడం, AI tool తో experiment చేయడం.

ఒక్కో రోజు కొంచెం better.
